1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Cura24h Seller app by professionals and companies (“partners”) offering home services, in the cities where Cura24h is active, through the platform of QUECTO SRL. The partner acts as an independent business and concludes the service contract directly with the customer.
2. Sign-up and verification
- The partner must be a duly registered professional or company with a VAT number.
- The partner uploads the owner's ID, business licence and the qualifications required in their field. Cura24h checks the documents before activation and may ask for updates.
- The partner guarantees that they hold the authorisations and, where needed, the insurance cover for the services offered.
3. Services, areas and availability
The partner chooses services from the Cura24h catalogue, the areas served and availability hours, and keeps them up to date.
4. Job assignment
Customer requests are sent to all eligible partners. The first partner to accept gets the job, which becomes binding. If nobody accepts within 12 hours the request is cancelled.
5. Commission and payments
- No monthly fee: Cura24h keeps a commission on each completed job, shown in the app.
- Customer payments by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay are collected via Stripe on behalf of the partner; the amount due, net of the commission, is paid out to the IBAN provided by the partner.
- For jobs paid in cash the customer pays a deposit online; the partner collects the balance directly and the commission is offset against later payouts.
- The partner is responsible for their own tax obligations, including issuing tax documents to the customer.
6. Partner obligations
- Perform jobs properly, on time and professionally.
- Notify the customer and Cura24h immediately of delays or obstacles.
- Not request or accept payments outside Cura24h for jobs received through the platform.
- Process customer data only to perform the job and in compliance with the GDPR.
7. Team
The partner can add technicians to their account and is responsible for their work.
8. Suspension and closure
Cura24h may suspend or close the account in case of invalid documents, breaches of these terms, or serious or repeated complaints. The partner can close the account at any time in the app or by writing to [email protected]; jobs already accepted must be completed or cancelled according to the rules.
9. Governing law
Italian law applies. Disputes between Cura24h and partners fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
