Accepted methods
- Credit and debit cards of the main networks, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Cash, for many services where the professional offers it, with a 20% deposit online.
Paying by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay
When you send the request the amount is authorised and held on your payment method, but not charged. The charge happens when a professional accepts the job. If nobody accepts within 12 hours, or if you cancel before acceptance, the hold is released.
Paying in cash
Cash is available for many services, where the professional offers it (you see it when booking). In this case you pay a deposit of 20% of the amount online, held and charged under the same rules, and pay the balance to the professional when the job is done.
Cancellations
Before acceptance you pay nothing. After acceptance you can cancel from the booking screen in the app: you get 80% back and Cura24h keeps 20% as a cancellation fee; for cash bookings the 20% deposit is kept and the cash part is never charged. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified provider. Cura24h does not store your full card details. Saved cards can be removed at any time in the app.
Price changes
If unexpected work or materials come up during the job, the professional must agree them with you in the app before doing them. Do not pay extra amounts outside Cura24h.
Receipts
You can find a summary of your payments in the app. For questions write to [email protected].
