Select the category and tell us what you need.

Enter where and when: the price is clear before you confirm.

Your payment is held until a professional accepts the job.

Follow the job
Message your professional in the chat and follow them live as they arrive.
Booking
Choose the service and enter address, date and time. Bookings are made at least 24 hours in advance and the price is visible before you confirm.
Payment
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: the amount is held when you send the request and charged only when a professional accepts.
- Cash: available for many services, where the professional offers it; you pay a 20% deposit online.
- No acceptance within 12 hours: the request is cancelled automatically and the hold is released.
Assignment
The request goes to the verified professionals available in your area: the first to accept gets the job and we notify you.
During the job
You can message the professional in the app chat and follow them on the map as they arrive. When the job is done you can leave a rating.
