Everything you need to know to work with Cura24h.
How much does it cost to become a partner?
Nothing: no monthly fee and no sign-up cost. Cura24h only keeps a commission on completed jobs, shown in the app before you accept.
How does verification work?
After signing up in the Cura24h Seller app you upload your business licence and documents. We check them and activate you when everything is in order.
How do I get jobs?
Customer requests go to all partners eligible by service, area and time. The first to accept gets the job.
When and how am I paid?
Payments for completed jobs, net of the commission, are paid out to your IBAN. Earnings and payouts are always visible in the app.
Can I choose services, prices and areas?
Yes: you choose services from the catalogue and set the areas you serve and your availability in the app.
Can I work with my team?
Yes, you can add technicians to your account and assign jobs to them.
What if the customer pays in cash?
The customer pays a deposit online and the rest in cash to you; the app always shows the amount to collect.
Which rules do I have to follow?
Those in the Partner terms: punctuality, professional behaviour and no payments outside Cura24h for jobs received through the app.
