Questions about Move-in / Move-out Cleaning
How is it different from end-of-tenancy cleaning?
Both are done in an empty home. Move-in and move-out cleaning works for the home you leave and the one you move into; end-of-tenancy cleaning is designed for handing a rented flat back to the landlord. They have different hourly rates, shown in the app.
Should I book it before the furniture arrives?
Yes: in an empty home the professional reaches floors, skirting boards and corners without moving anything, and your newly delivered furniture does not collect dust.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 12 hours before the chosen time. If no professional accepts within 9 hours, the request is cancelled and the amount held on your card is released, so in busy moving periods book a few days ahead.
