Questions about Annual Maintenance

How is it different from sanitisation or split cleaning?

Annual maintenance is a general check: filters, indoor and outdoor units, condensate drain and an operating test. Deep split cleaning and sanitisation go further on the hygiene of the indoor unit and are added as extras.

Is a gas recharge included?

No. If the check finds a problem, you are told before any additional work; a gas recharge is a separate service carried out by F-gas certified technicians.

How often should it be done?

For home use the most common schedule is once a year, before summer. If you also use the air conditioner for heating, an extra check before winter can help.
