Do I need to take the curtains down?
No: the cleaning can be done with the curtains still hanging. If you prefer them taken down and put back up, add the take-down and rehanging extra in the app.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the total width and the height: the bands run from 300 x 300 cm up to 1000 x 300 cm. If you have more panels than the chosen size, add the extra panels as an option; for other formats choose custom-size cleaning.
Will every stain come out?
The base cleaning refreshes the fabric and reduces dust. Stubborn stains have a separate paid treatment; some old stains or stains on delicate fabrics may still not disappear completely.
