- Choose the service: the category and the job closest to what you need, for example deep cleaning, drain unblocking or air-conditioner sanitising.
- Enter address, date and time: bookings are made at least 12 hours in advance. In the notes you can add the floor, intercom name, concierge, photos of the problem and materials you have already bought.
- Confirm and pay securely: with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay the amount is only held, and it is charged when a professional accepts the job.
- Follow the job: you get a notification when the request is accepted, you can message the professional in the in-app chat and follow them on the map as they arrive. When the job is done you can leave a rating.
The request goes to the verified professionals available in your area and the first one to accept gets the job. If nobody accepts within 9 hours, the request is cancelled automatically and the held amount is released.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
You pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe; Cura24h does not store your full card details. For many services, when the professional offers it, you can pay in cash with a 20% deposit paid online.
Before a professional accepts you can cancel for free and nothing is charged. After acceptance you can cancel in the app before the service starts: you get an 80% refund of the amount paid and Cura24h keeps 20% as a cancellation fee. For cash bookings the fee is the 20% deposit already paid. If the professional cancels, you get a full refund. If the work is not as agreed you can report it within 7 days.
